Real Estate Tips:
One way to diversify your investment portfolio is through real estate. Although real estate might not have the glitz stock market investing, it is usually a solid core investment part of a portfolio. Often, real estate will hold its value when the market takes a downward turn, thereby; buffering any market loss. Diversify your portfolio as much as possible. You do not want to have all of your investment funds in only one type of investment. Spread them out over stocks, real estate, and other investments in order to protect yourself should something bad happen in one area of the investment market.

    1. I hate living here, I have cousins (we are both in middle school) who live in Idaho where they have lakes and tons of land right in their backyard. I want to go outside but there’s nothing for me to do here. I should be grateful but I just wish I could be outdoors.(At least once the level my cousins are)

    2. Yeah AZ is all that and Phoenix is only 110 F average temp from April to October. Then you have the dust storms with monsoon season during July August! Yep 114 F at night! Gorgeous. You end up going from one AC environment to another!
