Real Estate Tips:
Diversify your portfolio as much as possible. You do not want to have all of your investment funds in only one type of investment. Spread them out over stocks, real estate, and other investments in order to protect yourself should something bad happen in one area of the investment market. Sometimes the best investment is your own venture. If you are not comfortable with the world of finance and big spenders, then invest in something like real estate that you can improve and resell. This is especially wise if you have skills that are needed to improve a property to increase it's resale value.

    1. Many of the parents in Little Rock ignore traffic laws with their kids. Many of these parents are civil servants. Youth in Arkansas deserve to see law-abiding, ethical and conscientious civil servants. Their future depends upon it. What do you think? Perhaps doubling traffic fines in capital cities, would introduce law-abiding streets and adults. Imagine law-abiding civil servants in Little Rock! Imagine!!!

    2. Famous Zen Monastery just outside this city 🙂 Gyobutsuji Zen Monastery

    3. This city was once a great thriving city , economicaly , socially , and ethically , it has lost all that . The rich people in this town used it up , much like Biff did in Back to the Future 2 .

    4. This video is not much help. It would be helpful if reasons were given as to why one would stop at these places and what there is to do at each one.
