Real Estate Tips:
Diversify your portfolio as much as possible. You do not want to have all of your investment funds in only one type of investment. Spread them out over stocks, real estate, and other investments in order to protect yourself should something bad happen in one area of the investment market. Investing in real estate is one way to earn a return on your money as long as you choose your property wisely and purchase at a fair price. You can purchase a home and sell it when it increases in value. You can also purchase rental properties that provide you with an income, although you must deal with the headaches of being a landlord. Investing in real estate investment trusts (REITs) is another way to invest in real estate without having to actually own a physical property.

    1. Please include the Irish Famine Museum in Hamden. One of only a few venues, that addresses head on the role of the British Government during this difficult period in history.

    2. Drug infested crime addled dump. Walk 5 minutes in any direction outside of Yale and your risking your safety.

Check out drug/hooker motels on pond lily ave , like the Regal or the New Haven Inn.
Perhaps a stroll through the Day St Projects in the Tre, or maybe spend ten minutes on Grand and Ferry st in Fair Haven ( watch out foe used syringes though)

The pan handler army/homeless army can give you directions if you lose your way

The downtown area is the smallest area of this city. Its the propaganda village like the one in North Korea for photo ops. The real New Haven is in a state of decay due to years of inept socialist Democrat policy
