Real Estate Tips:
Sometimes the best investment is your own venture. If you are not comfortable with the world of finance and big spenders, then invest in something like real estate that you can improve and resell. This is especially wise if you have skills that are needed to improve a property to increase it's resale value. One way to diversify your investment portfolio is through real estate. Although real estate might not have the glitz stock market investing, it is usually a solid core investment part of a portfolio. Often, real estate will hold its value when the market takes a downward turn, thereby; buffering any market loss.

Dry Tortugas National Park is 100 square miles of open water which includes seven small islands. It is one of the more remote parks managed by the National Park Service and lies 70 miles west of Key West. There is no freshwater on the islands, which is why they are called the “Dry” Tortugas. The islands are home to the impressive Fort Jefferson, which is one of the largest 19th-century American forts. Visitors can choose to spend the night either in the island’s campgrounds or aboard a chartered yacht. The Dry Tortugas are a prime destination for snorkeling and diving due to the crystal clear water. It is one of the top Florida attractions.

Everglades is the second largest national park in the country, smaller only than Yellowstone. It consists of 1.5 million acres of subtropical marshes and swamp. The river here flows from Lake Okeechobee and provides the perfect environment for wildlife such as otters, turtles, crocodiles, and even panthers. The wet ecosystem in the park makes it great for wildlife spotting boat trips.

South Beach, the southern end of Miami Beach, has the distinction of being the oldest section of town. It rests between Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Since its beginning in the early 20th century, it has changed in appearance due to increased development and the ever-present danger posed by hurricanes. The beach features a variety of parks and cultural destinations, including the Miami Holocaust Museum.
