    1. We are planning a trip through Iowa this summer. Lots of great places to check out, thanks for the ideas! We are definitely going to stop at the Grotto of the Redemption in West Bend Iowa. I'm surprised it didn't make your list. Iowa is beautiful! We lived in Des Moines for two years in the 70's and loved it there. We're now retired and taking our time traveling in our motorhome.
