One way to diversify your investment portfolio is through real estate. Although real estate might not have the glitz stock market investing, it is usually a solid core investment part of a portfolio. Often, real estate will hold its value when the market takes a downward turn, thereby; buffering any market loss. One way to diversify your investment portfolio is through real estate. 1. Just so you know, the alcohol difference between Kansas and Missouri is no longer a thing. This was filmed pre-new beer regulations. Otherwise, go enjoy some great BBQ for me and have a great time visiting! Kansas City really is a great city.

    2. They have started construction of the street car. will extend from Union Station and will end at UMKC which is South of the plaza actually laying rails right now on the hill South of Union Station.

    3. BBQ burnout, just because you had BBQ lunch for 3 days???? I'm sure there are others, but years ago, the KC Star, had a story of 4 guys, flew in on a Saturday morning, from the east coast. They had a list and plan. Can't remember if they also did Sunday. But they hit a dozen or so places on Saturday.
