Real Estate Tips:
Diversify your portfolio as much as possible. You do not want to have all of your investment funds in only one type of investment. Spread them out over stocks, real estate, and other investments in order to protect yourself should something bad happen in one area of the investment market. One way to diversify your investment portfolio is through real estate. Although real estate might not have the glitz stock market investing, it is usually a solid core investment part of a portfolio. Often, real estate will hold its value when the market takes a downward turn, thereby; buffering any market loss.

New orleans is amazing🤩
I don't think they will believe that I'm a local with my Michigan accent
The only reason I'm going to New Orleans is to learn more about my AfricanAmerican heritage particularly NewOrleans Voodoo, rebellions, cuisine, plantations of chattel enslaved Africans & Indigenous American history (etc). Very kid friendly for me. The only reason I'd go to Europe is for similar reasons, especially the looted African artifacts, documentation on colonies & info on slave ports etc. I'm not going to NO for an Aquarium.
How's the weather in November
He forgot to give a warning about the Vampire’s and the Rougarou!
I am watching this and I can smell everything…
When I went in July and august it was hotter than a sauna lol
Geesh, ,man. about half the population of New Orleans pronounces it with one of the forms you insist is a no-no.
