Real Estate Tips:
Keep in mind that there are investment opportunities past just traditional stocks and bonds. Commodities are an asset class with both risks and rewards but can provide hedges against inflation. Also look at real estate income trusts to invest into the real estate market without being tied to individual pieces of property. One way to diversify your investment portfolio is through real estate. Although real estate might not have the glitz stock market investing, it is usually a solid core investment part of a portfolio. Often, real estate will hold its value when the market takes a downward turn, thereby; buffering any market loss.

MAINE: From coastal cities to small towns to the deep woods, longer days and comfortable temperatures give you more time to explore.
NEW HAMPSHIRE: Home to more than 100 waterfalls, New Hampshire has it all—hiking, biking, swimming, fishing and skiing. South New Hampshire and the Atlantic Coast have majestic beaches, including the well-known Hampton Beach. For great mountain biking and skiing visit the White Mountains and Northern New Hampshire. There's even ski resorts and biking and hiking trails, as well as many opportunities to go fishing and boating at one of the lakes!
This video was filmed in September 2019 but edited with 2022 information. September was still warm but swimming at Hampton Beach was a bit chilly. It was warmer to be out of the water than in the water!! So a winter vacation would be pretty here if you love snow, but summer vacations/road trips are great too!I'd recommend visiting the southern coast of Maine and New Hampshire Coast, with my #1 pick being seeing the lighthouses!
You can't not like seeing the spectacular East Coast Light Houses!

I'm from here, Strawberry Banke is fabulous! I've been going since I was a little kid and I'm in my late 30s now. It's a piece of history you don't want to miss. Across the street is Prescott Park which is also a great place to visit with live shows, gardens, water features, piers, art museum and more.
