Real Estate Tips:
Keep in mind that there are investment opportunities past just traditional stocks and bonds. Commodities are an asset class with both risks and rewards but can provide hedges against inflation. Also look at real estate income trusts to invest into the real estate market without being tied to individual pieces of property. Make sure that any money you invest is done so with a specific goal in mind. If you just want to preserve capital and beat inflation a little, stick with money markets and bonds. If you are saving for retirement far in advance, look for growth stocks. If you want income streams, look for dividend stocks and real estate income trusts.

Wildwood is a great vacation destination. North Wildwood and Wildwood have an incredibly wide beautiful beach. It’s best to enter through one of the amusement piers. There are three big piers of rides with three nice size roller coasters. A couple of water parks. An abundance of hotels run from North Wildwood through Wildwood and Wildwood Crest. There is a nice nightlife scene with a good number of clubs. The boardwalk is still the best and longest boardwalk I have ever encountered. You will not be disappointed. If you drive to Wildwood take a day trip to nearby Cape May and the Landing Restaurant. My family took me and my brothers to Wildwood every year, I took my boys and now we take our grandson. Enjoy!
As someone from jersey this is just the most bullshit list I've ever saw. You people want to get a taste of real jersey and what it has to offer. Before I say yes obviously go to wildwood as someone from somerset country we frequently go there. Back on track go to the pine Barrens it makes up a quarter of the state you'll only find that type of forest in jersey and no where else you'll also find an abandoned town with one the the oldest USPS offices in history. If anyone of you want more hidden gems or anything feel free to ask
Nice
