Real Estate Tips:
Diversify your portfolio as much as possible. You do not want to have all of your investment funds in only one type of investment. Spread them out over stocks, real estate, and other investments in order to protect yourself should something bad happen in one area of the investment market. Make sure that any money you invest is done so with a specific goal in mind. If you just want to preserve capital and beat inflation a little, stick with money markets and bonds. If you are saving for retirement far in advance, look for growth stocks. If you want income streams, look for dividend stocks and real estate income trusts.

    1. Wow, the list needs too be longer because New Mexico offers so many interesting and diverse places to visit. Santa Fe, Carlsbad, Los Alamos, Las Cruces, All Indian Pueblo Cultural Center,, the Zoo, Old Town and more,,

    2. I took the trip on the train in the 80's and we ended up in Colorado for a picnic. I also rode in the usa today balloon. I hiked Chaco Canyon. I lived in Santa Fake for seven years. I took the white water rafting boat on the Taos box.

    3. As a Peruvian born American Citizen and by law a Californian… I consider New Mexico my second beloved State. The peace, the kindness of its people, the colors and the beauty are so wonderful.
New Mexico always in my heart ❤️

    4. NM is okay. Mabey one of the most diverse in terms of having alpine forests and then deserts, but not in terms of desert color. Southern Utah, northern Arizona, are more colorful with their deserts. Honestly I think Utah or California are more diverse, colorful states, and all around more beautiful. Then how bout Alaska? IMO Alaska doesn't have everything, but it has the most of any state and I think its by far the most beautiful state. I am an artist, If I could move to a state for the scenery I'd choose Alaska, not NM. I live in Arizona now and its beautiful, but if I had the money and resources I'd move to Alaska in a heart beat.
