Real Estate Tips:
Keep in mind that there are investment opportunities past just traditional stocks and bonds. Commodities are an asset class with both risks and rewards but can provide hedges against inflation. Also look at real estate income trusts to invest into the real estate market without being tied to individual pieces of property. Sometimes the best investment is your own venture. If you are not comfortable with the world of finance and big spenders, then invest in something like real estate that you can improve and resell. This is especially wise if you have skills that are needed to improve a property to increase it's resale value.

    New Mexico Facts:

    • New Mexico is one of the four corner states. Bordering at the same point with Colorado, Utah and Arizona.
    • At Lake Valley, miners discovered silver in veins so pure that the metal could be sawn off in blocks, instead of having to be dug out by traditional methods.
    • New Mexico is more than desert.
    • Cimarron was once known as the “Cowboy capital of the world”. Some of the old west’s most famous names, such as Kit Carson and “Buffalo Bill” Cody lived there. A quote from the Las Vegas Gazette illustrates how lawless Cimarron was. “Everything is quiet in Cimarron. Nobody has been killed in 3 days.”

On our way back to Texas for the holidays, we spent the weekend in Southern New Mexico exploring White Sands National Monument, Las Cruces, and Carlsbad Caverns National Park. We had a blast playing in the sand dunes, drinking coffee and eating food, and wandering through the CRAZY caverns!

    1. Just stumbled upon your channel! My husband and I just outfitted our jeep and our goal is to visit all the national parks!! In May, we are planning to make a trip to New Mexico and I wanted some ideas! Thanks so much! Loved this video!

    2. What is nation? Why your caverns have nationality? Not support nationalists kleptocracy lie, nationalists kleptocracy steal life.
Humans born without nationality, born without fascism, nationalization in childhood make them.
False value, false enemy, false nation definition make false enemy, destroy value of life.

    3. My 6-year old who watches your videos with me at bedtime, thought the caverns were EXTRA cool today because you had been there. (He's also taken to describing all his meals "like A+K do." Everything is "pillowy"!)
