Best things to do in NYC now (the NEW and IMPROVED travel guide)

Real Estate Tips:
Investing in real estate is one way to earn a return on your money as long as you choose your property wisely and purchase at a fair price. You can purchase a home and sell it when it increases in value. You can also purchase rental properties that provide you with an income, although you must deal with the headaches of being a landlord. Investing in real estate investment trusts (REITs) is another way to invest in real estate without having to actually own a physical property. Make sure that any money you invest is done so with a specific goal in mind. If you just want to preserve capital and beat inflation a little, stick with money markets and bonds. If you are saving for retirement far in advance, look for growth stocks. If you want income streams, look for dividend stocks and real estate income trusts.

    1. Decided to visit Corner Bistro when on vacation from LA to NYC.
IMPRESSIONS: Dark, lonely tavern (on a Thursday afternoon) with cookout quality hamburgers. Yelp Rating is about a 3.5 but didn’t review as maybe some people are into that type of vibe? I’d give it about a 3 star. Card isn’t accepted either so be prepared to pay extra at their ATM.

    2. Sarah you always make great videos about NYC and I love watching each and every one of them, especially the "lists" like the TOP things to……. etc, and the hidden gems as well. Keep it up, girl, and keep up the VARIETY because thats what New York is ALL about! 🙂

    3. Thanks for ur updates guide. I am planning to go new york end of the year in december. Planning a road trip what do you suggest during winter ?
