Real Estate Tips:
Keep in mind that there are investment opportunities past just traditional stocks and bonds. Commodities are an asset class with both risks and rewards but can provide hedges against inflation. Also look at real estate income trusts to invest into the real estate market without being tied to individual pieces of property. Make sure that any money you invest is done so with a specific goal in mind. If you just want to preserve capital and beat inflation a little, stick with money markets and bonds. If you are saving for retirement far in advance, look for growth stocks. If you want income streams, look for dividend stocks and real estate income trusts.

Aahh yes , Greensboro is the unwanted 3rd wheel to Cha and Ral.
Corrupt politicians and crime scene tape.
IM MOVING TO GREENSBORO FROM NYC NEXT WEEK IM NOT REALLY LOOKING FOR TOO MUCH BUT IS IT S GOOD CITY TO JUST CHILL WORK AND RELAX??
You highlighted the kkk robe in the civil rights museum why???? Why not highlight the original counter from the sit ins? This was poorly executed. So much more could have been highlighted
Do and see? Almost everything on the list was parks. That's it?
They also have a Chuck E. Cheese's
How much did they pay you guys to make this? You missed the droves homeless camps, tire shredding roads, and general dilapidated state of all but a few areas in the city.
Celebration Station and ACC Hall of Fame
Sorry but i moved here from ny which has nothing to do with it but it's freaking boring here i love the cleaness quite peaceful haven't seen any crime in the 3yrs i been here but then again i don't live in the hood and hang with ghetto ppl, awesome trails to go walking lots of green lots of parks if you single ready to mingle like me good luck with having a fun life because it will be over
When I did Uber and Lyft I drove in Greensboro for a few Months After I moved to Winston from Charlotte and Couldn't Believe How Much of a Hood the City is!!! The Only Nice area is Parts of the North Side!! It's Crazy Ratchet and Sketch!!! Weird town SO Be Careful!! The Triad in General is Weird! In NC it's Charlotte or Raleigh!
This video really does not help this cities image, I was thinking of moving here. I am not doing to do that. Who actually vacations here?
