Real Estate Tips:
Sometimes the best investment is your own venture. If you are not comfortable with the world of finance and big spenders, then invest in something like real estate that you can improve and resell. This is especially wise if you have skills that are needed to improve a property to increase it's resale value. Keep in mind that there are investment opportunities past just traditional stocks and bonds. Commodities are an asset class with both risks and rewards but can provide hedges against inflation. Also look at real estate income trusts to invest into the real estate market without being tied to individual pieces of property.

    1. I have seen several South Dakota and Black Hills videos recently. One of my favorite places to visit. Of the videos I have watched, yours was, by far, the most informative and interesting. Thank you.

    2. I'm driving from Illinois to Glacier National Park and was thinking of stopping in this area for a night, being close to the halfway point on a 24 hr drive. After watching this video I think I may need to take a few days or maybe a whole different trip to explore the area. Great video guys!

    3. I just found your videos and I LOVE THEM! I'm an artist and I love how you highlight the quirky, the fun, and the cultural – rather than just the tourist traps. I hope you make more videos!
