Real Estate Tips:
Diversify your portfolio as much as possible. You do not want to have all of your investment funds in only one type of investment. Spread them out over stocks, real estate, and other investments in order to protect yourself should something bad happen in one area of the investment market. Investing in real estate is one way to earn a return on your money as long as you choose your property wisely and purchase at a fair price. You can purchase a home and sell it when it increases in value. You can also purchase rental properties that provide you with an income, although you must deal with the headaches of being a landlord. Investing in real estate investment trusts (REITs) is another way to invest in real estate without having to actually own a physical property.

Cincinnati is a city in Ohio, on the Ohio River. The Over-the-Rhine district is known for its 19th-century architecture, including Findlay Market, which has food and craft vendors.

Straddling the divide between the Deep South and the Midwest as it sprawls out across the banks of the Ohio River, Cincinnati oozes with a curious mix of American industrialism, BBQ heritage, baseball fanaticism, riparian come railroad character and a deep sense of its own history.

These are all clear in the town’s wealth of museums, bursting out of the green swathes of Eden Park and the Union Station alike, not to mention its revered Major League sporting institutions.

    2. Yeah I couldn’t understand a word that woman was saying but interesting list and nice video shots! Going in a month trying to figure out what to do and this has given me a few ideas.

    3. Hmmm! Can you imagine they got Fournier to do this video that’s neither from Cincinnati nor is a resident either, and, she can’t even pronounce over half of the words right. Yes, that huge stuffed Polar Bear inside the Natural History Museum, going there to see the polar bear never gets old.

    4. I've been to Cincy four times as my cousin lives there. Never been to Eden Park. Looks great. Might be rectifying that mistake next time I go. The zoo there is awesome, one of the best in the nation, so I've heard. I believe the Carew Tower observation deck is closed for the time being. Not sure if that's just because of Covid (probably the case) or if it's a more permanent thing.
