Real Estate Tips:
Diversify your portfolio as much as possible. You do not want to have all of your investment funds in only one type of investment. Spread them out over stocks, real estate, and other investments in order to protect yourself should something bad happen in one area of the investment market. Sometimes the best investment is your own venture. If you are not comfortable with the world of finance and big spenders, then invest in something like real estate that you can improve and resell. This is especially wise if you have skills that are needed to improve a property to increase it's resale value.

Oklahoma: One Day in OKC – Travel Vlog | What to Do, See, & Eat in Oklahoma City

Welcome to Oklahoma, state #29 in our journey to all 50 states in 2021! For our time in the Sooner State, we spent one day exploring the state’s largest city, Oklahoma City, AKA OKC! While we did do some pretty quintessential Oklahoma things while we were there, like learning more about the area's history and culture at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum and trying “Lamb Fries” for the first time at the iconic Cattlemen’s Steakhouse, we also did some not-so-quintessential things like whitewater tubing at the Riversport Adventure Center! All of that to say… Oklahoma City is truly a unique city with much to offer!

    1. Great job but you missed so much this city has to offer, many very unique historic entertainment districts with historic pasts that shaped this country. World Class museums like The First Americans museum, The Oklahoma City National memorial, Art museums and one of the top Zoo's in the nation. You should realy come back and do a more in depth travel vlog of OKC. Thanks for a great video.

    2. I bet you haven't had rocky mountain oysters either (bull's testicles). They really aren't bad either. lol That rapid ride looked like a hoot!!

    3. We'll be going back to OKC for a second time for a mini vacation and this video WAS so helpful in knowing what else there is to do! We fell in love with OKC it's such a beautiful unique city🤍

    4. Loved it. This video definitely shows some of the great things Okc has to offer you did Oklahoma proud, and thumbs up for trying the lamb fries they definitely are something to try at least once and surprisingly good. Great job.

    5. y’all seem like such sweet & wholesome people. always laughing, having a fun time! i’m about to move to OKC & that’s how i found your video. i would love to vlog my moving experience & going & exploring places for the first time. when you film in public do you ask the places if you can film or do you do it really fast ?
