Real Estate Tips:
Diversify your portfolio as much as possible. You do not want to have all of your investment funds in only one type of investment. Spread them out over stocks, real estate, and other investments in order to protect yourself should something bad happen in one area of the investment market.Investing in real estate is one way to earn a return on your money as long as you choose your property wisely and purchase at a fair price. You can purchase a home and sell it when it increases in value. You can also purchase rental properties that provide you with an income, although you must deal with the headaches of being a landlord. Investing in real estate investment trusts (REITs) is another way to invest in real estate without having to actually own a physical property.

    1. 7. Corn Palace. If you enjoy the idea of someone gluing corn to side of a gymnasium then sure you'll enjoy it, but I wouldn't call it a good tourist location in South Dakota, just a well known one because east river has so few
      5. The crazy horse memorial is a neat ambitious project. However, it's not even 5% completed and it's been through 2 generations of builders. To say the least it's not that impressive. If you're not overwhelmed by Mt Rushmore, which most won't be, I wouldn't recommend crazy horse.
      4. Mount Rushmore, after 2 hours of bumper to bumper traffic you realize that what you're looking at is the exact same as every picture you've ever seen of it. There is nothing different or unique about it's look in person. You cannot get up close and personal to the monument as one shot shows. What you see on the postcard is what you see in person. More impressive is the restaurant on the top which was featured in north by northwest, but even that's not that impressive. Also worth looking into is the trail that goes to the back of mount rushmore, that's something cool and niche.
      3. Surprisingly a hidden and niche tourist spot for years. Usually worth your money to take a look. It's not a big zoo, but as far as small zoos go it's pretty cool and has some fun features. I do recommend this stop personally.
Honorable mention to Black Elk, formally Harney, Peak. If you have a few hours to kill hiking and its nearby, it's worth a visit.

    2. You’re only covering just a few things on the very west side of SD. There’s so much more, including Bear Country and lots of cave tours (near Rapid City) and so much more across the state as well.
