Real Estate Tips:
Diversify your portfolio as much as possible. You do not want to have all of your investment funds in only one type of investment. Spread them out over stocks, real estate, and other investments in order to protect yourself should something bad happen in one area of the investment market.Investing in real estate is one way to earn a return on your money as long as you choose your property wisely and purchase at a fair price. You can purchase a home and sell it when it increases in value. You can also purchase rental properties that provide you with an income, although you must deal with the headaches of being a landlord. Investing in real estate investment trusts (REITs) is another way to invest in real estate without having to actually own a physical property.

I love that area espically Dollywood. But I haven’t been to the apple barn in along time
I'd read that the guy that runs the KOUNTRY KREAMERY ice cream shop in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is a true pile of s#!t. He abused an autistic child and the young boys mother. Apparently he also has refused service to African American people and others he assumes may not be Trump supporters.
A town that harbors trash like that does not deserve the patronage of vacationers/tourists, travelers, and other paying citizens.
Wonderful video. As a local you covered some of the best things to do up there. Heck you even threw some at me I hadn't heard of. Also great editing
We love the Smoky Mountains!!! We go at least 3 times a year! IT IS FOR ALL TYPES OF PEOPLE RELIGIOUS OR NOT!!! IF YOU DON'T LIKE SOMETHING DON'T PAY TO DO IT. JUST DO SOMETHING ELSE.
