Real Estate Tips:
Make sure that any money you invest is done so with a specific goal in mind. If you just want to preserve capital and beat inflation a little, stick with money markets and bonds. If you are saving for retirement far in advance, look for growth stocks. If you want income streams, look for dividend stocks and real estate income trusts. Keep in mind that there are investment opportunities past just traditional stocks and bonds. Commodities are an asset class with both risks and rewards but can provide hedges against inflation. Also look at real estate income trusts to invest into the real estate market without being tied to individual pieces of property.

I'm conservative and thinking of moving there in order to tilt the political scale back. Too many hipsters and wokes ruining this city.
Chattanooga, Tennessee is a nice vibrant city and attractions.
It looks boring
I have much love for Chatt. It has been my home for over twelve years. But I wish the constant construction of apartments would stop. Our small patches of nature thru out the city is disappearing. Soon we will not be known as the "scenic city" but as the "there is litter everywhere, apartment city". 😥
This is just the downtown area of Chattanooga. Go to Hixson which is part of Chattanooga or Lookout Valley… And if you get a chance when it rains you can see some awesome sewer overflows.
🙂
I lived all over not a fan of Chattanooga at all. Also a very dark side with rascism still going on today and the jails get paid to lock people up.
JABADAB JABADAB SAY JABADAB
Beautiful city
After several mass shootings?!?! 🤔
