Real Estate Tips:
Determine your expected earnings and how you will receive them. Figure out what form your earnings will be in. There are many ways to get them back. These include rent, dividends, and interest. Some types like real estate and stocks can earn and grow in value. Figure out what the potential of your investment is over time. Keep in mind that there are investment opportunities past just traditional stocks and bonds. Commodities are an asset class with both risks and rewards but can provide hedges against inflation. Also look at real estate income trusts to invest into the real estate market without being tied to individual pieces of property.

    1. Hope you guys are doing well! Let me know what I missed or let me know what would be in your top 10 things to do! If you know a lesser known spot, please share 🙂

    2. Long ago I lived on Queen Anne while in the Coast Guard and one of the cities best pluses is how much you can do without a car. Even the rain is a plus as it helps for air quality! I live in Amsterdam now but Seattle will always be special to me.

    3. Great recommendations – most of these were on my to-do list last summer and were crossed off! You’ve mentioned that cafe a couple of times now so it must be good! Vacationing in Paris right now but this was a great reminder to start up my Seattle summer to-do list!
