West Virginia: Don’ts of Visiting West Virginia

West Virginia: Don’ts of Visiting West Virginia

Real Estate Tips:
Investing in real estate is one way to earn a return on your money as long as you choose your property wisely and purchase at a fair price. You can purchase a home and sell it when it increases in value. You can also purchase rental properties that provide you with an income, although you must deal with the headaches of being a landlord. Investing in real estate investment trusts (REITs) is another way to invest in real estate without having to actually own a physical property. Keep in mind that there are investment opportunities past just traditional stocks and bonds. Commodities are an asset class with both risks and rewards but can provide hedges against inflation. Also look at real estate income trusts to invest into the real estate market without being tied to individual pieces of property.

    1. Tomaros Bakery in Clarksburg WV. Hands down best pepperoni roll there is. 2nd best is D'annunzios also in Clarksburg. Best of the best TRUST ME FOLKS! You drive by Clarksburg gotta hit them up. Grab a couple loafs of bread and a jar of Oliverio peppers too, worth it! Don't judge pepperoni rolls until you've tasted theirs! 💯

    2. And traitor Joe Munchin are a corrupt criminal he makes millions on coal. . He vote no on all bills like infrastructure creating jobs. Second poorest state behind Mississippi. Great video friend.

    3. Hi I hope I'm not too late to get a reply lol
I am from a coal town in England 🇬🇧
Called St. Helens, and I am a huge fan of American history, especially the deep south, not interested in the usual NY but real America !
Can you tell me is Auburn ok to visit as iv heard it could be dangerous??
Obviously I want to see REAL America, not the usual tourist rubbish, I am VERY interested in the pioneering side , right through to the outlaws and old sheriffs , any help as regards to motel prices and safety over a period of a couple of weeks would be greatly appreciated, also any areas that would be classed as REAL southern people.
      Many thanks 😉👍
